In total, three bidders submitted concept proposals for the project. One was from Far East Organization while the others were from Sino Group and Allgreen Properties. One of these developers is a joint venture between Wing Tai Holdings and Perpetual (Asia).

Klimt Cairnhill is located at Cairnhill Road by developer Low Keng Huat Construction. The development is bought under the subsidiary Glopeak Development that the development consist of 2 adjacent plots of land of lots 836C and 844T of Town Subdivision 27. Low Keng Huat and their subsidiary Glopeak Development have been very busy lately purchasing and developing various Singapore properties. They recently made two extremely important purchases, and these properties are both located on Cairnhill Road. One of their most important acquisitions would be at 67 Cairnhill Road, which is a subdivision that is currently zoned for residential use within Singapore. This property development company will be looking forward to continuing to utilize this property for rental purposes, providing living space to the growing Singapore population. The property has a land area of 1,83 square metres and is situated directly across from another important Low Keng Huat acquisition, that of the Cairnhill Mansion property located at 69 Cairnhill Road. This property was purchased by Low Keng Huat in February 2018 for S$362 million. At the time, Low Seng Huat had intended to redevelop the property into a residential apartment that was capable of holding at least 200 living units. First things first, however. They had to contract with their subsidiary Glopeak in order to finalize the deal, and they started on that process on March 12, 2018. They proceeded to start the difficult task of getting the sale approved. However, even if they can’t get the stamp of approval, they have a back-up plan. Of course, they will be disappointed if the Strata Titles Board doesn’t approve the sale, but they will instead develop the area into a small apartment complex of about 55 units.
